How much of the plan is built
21/70 items built; the team lead can now see the month's run and approve new agents.
This page shows what is actually written and tested, and what is still owed to make it real. The storyboard shows the screens. The asks page is the one place everything needing Steve's answer lives, gathered so nothing is buried at the bottom of a long page and nothing is asked twice.

Where the remaining work sits, and how long it should take
The same 70 items, split by the plan's phases. Bar length is the number of items, on one scale for every phase. Time left is an estimate of build time only; the line under it names what else it waits on.
Reading the numbers
- Time estimates are ranges, not dates. They come from the pace measured on this build so far and the plan's own effort estimate, and they count build days only. When the work starts depends on the people and approvals named under each phase. They will be re-estimated once the first core-app pieces are timed.
- These are item counts, not effort. One item can take an afternoon or two weeks; building every screen to the approved design is a single item and the largest in the plan. 30% of items built is not 30% of the work done.
- Built means the code exists and passes all 1355 automated tests. Each change was independently code-reviewed before it was accepted.
- Waiting on a person covers the VYBE logins being set up with Steve, the AI service account, Lofty access, the Maryland license-board checks, and the next design pass for the email itself.
- Not counted here: ongoing quality and security hardening of the compliance checks, and the open questions for the broker and team lead, which live on their own Asks for Steve tab.

What is on Cloudflare today
Very little. The app everyone has seen in the demos runs on a laptop. Cloudflare holds the storyboard page, an empty copy of the original database design, and an early test copy of the app that is switched off from the internet. Checked directly on the account on 17 September 2026.
